My name is Chris Hiter and I am currently working within Hyatt Legal while providing years of performance-based progression through management and administrative fields in the corporate, educational, and legal environments. I offer well-honed, established abilities that will prove to be a tremendous commodity for your institution. During my years at Indiana University, I developed business and personal skills through my extensive education and work experience. I graduated with honors with a B.A. in Political Science and Criminal Justice along with a Business Certificate. While at Indiana University, I gained fundamental leadership and administrative experience while teaching college-level Micro Economics. During law school, I headed several organizations including the Intellectual Property Society and was editor of the Human Rights Quarterly. In addition to my education and administrative experience, my law degree helped enhance the full scope of my management and development talents that will be beneficial to your current dynamic environment. Following graduation, I gained superior, cross-functional qualifications spanning all aspects of operations and financial management while leading the second largest Hotel in the world, MGM Grand Hotel of Las Vegas. I was able to demonstrate superior personal skills in dealing with our customer base while also developing mechanisms that kept the guest-service associates working effectively and happily. The diverse working environments I have been involved with are most critical to my innovation and resourcefulness in solving the challenges and problems of the ever-changing working world. This is demonstrated in the start-up companies I worked, where I gained experience in dealing with clients while allowing me an opportunity to utilize my superior proficiency in leadership, personal, and delegating skills.
